Semi Precious Stone Chrysoprase Rings
 Chrysoprase
is careful the most precious
stone in the chalcedony group. The microscopic
fine quartz fibers have a radial structure. Unlike most
other green stones, which owe their color to
chromium or even vanadium, Chrysoprase derives its green color
to discoloration by nickel oxide compounds. Large broken pieces
are often full of fissure with unbalanced colors.
Healing ability: Chrysoprase
is the rarest member of the Chalcedony family that is found in
the U.S., Brazil, and Australia. Chrysoprase
is believed to prevent depression and also to improve equilibrium,
balance, communication, eloquence, hope, youthfulness, and a higher
consciousness. Legend says that Chrysoprase is
a protector of young animals and young children.
