All diamonds arrive from volcanic deposit called kimberlites. Gradually more, scientists are look at kimberlites the combine of geographical characteristics to recognize how diamond deposits in the earth.
Diamonds kimberlites are mysterious. The carrot-shaped deposit, which can expand to rock bottom of 2.5 kms, are obviously volcanic in source, but area in the region of them aren't noticeable by huge amount of lava. In addition, kimberlites hold huge numbers of glass spherules that characteristically form from in the air droplets of melt rock. Protected within kimberlites, however, the spherules it appear that never make it above land.
The attendance of diamonds in kimberlites suggest that volcanic deposit initiate at depths of at slightest 250 km, where huge pressures keep the jewelry crystal structure steady. Additionally, the objects in diamond have to have rise from there to Earth's shell in just a little hours.
